Hello Team Justnorth,

We have many new users registering and indicating that they would be interested in a blog.

For those folks that are not aware of blogs, it is pretty cool.  It gives you a place to document your fishing, hunting or camping trips, add pictures, or just use it as a personal diary of your adventures to share with other community members and family. You make the choice of sharing your blog or keeping it personal for only you to see.

JNO is finalizing testing on the blog and getting ready to add a chat room to the site.

Question:
Currently, when you register you are asked if you want to blog. Should the blog and chat rooms only be viewable by members that have opted in to blog and chat - or open to all registered members to view?

My concern is the kids. The United States government allows free speech  well - JNO tries to.

We would need more volunteer moderators to at least help control what folks add to the blog and chatroom so I am asking for your opinion.
